How far along?: 29 weeks
How big is baby?: the size of a butternut squash, about 2.5 pounds and just over 15 inches long
Weight gain?: I hit the 20 lb mark at the doctor's on Friday....gotta be careful now not to hit more than 30!
Stretch marks?: Doug thought I had one...yeah turned out it was the linea nigra which I already knew I had...LOL Doug was very convinced it was a stretch mark though (his argument was he knew what they look like because he has them on his biceps)
Maternity clothes?:except for the few pairs of elastic waist shorts and workout pants
Sleep?: This weekend I started getting cramps in my legs in the middle of the night...Oh the joys of motherhood!
Best moment this week?: It felt pretty good when the doctor told me my pregnancy was "in cruise control." All my tests, blood pressure, and weight gain are exactly where they should be.
Food cravings?: I have a craving for corn on the cob....now I just need to satisfy it
Gender?: Sunday Doug told me what he liked best out of our choices. It happened to be in my top 2. He may just have a name (I don't want to say it and jinx it now... let's just wait and see)
Movement?: I think he may be throwing dance parties in there after I eat...or maybe practicing for soccer.
Belly button?: Still got it but not sure if it will make it through the next 11 weeks
What I miss?: I'm pretty done with feeling like a cow.
In other news: Monica's baby shower for Sydney was May 1. May 2nd Grandmom turned 85, and I cooked dinner (not sure which is more of an accomplishment LOL). Darlene at work had her baby boy Saturday. I got through my last mother's day without an outside baby. We found out my uncle has cancer. I found out my boss who pretty much saved my job is not going to be my boss next year and our budget is going to be $600,000 short next year before whatever the state of NJ cuts. I went to Kiera's 2nd birthday party on Saturday and caught up with family after proctoring the SATs--probably the last time I do that for a while!!
