Well this post will be mostly pictures. Here is my son's room, spic and span and finally finished. FYI the only thing I am remotely artistic with is crocheting...the art on the walls is decals and plaques.

The bedding was a shower gift from my sister Amy, housemate Danielle. My sister got most of the decorations. My mom got some of the other accessories to go with it. The bassinet was a joint gift from my grandma and my sister. 
This production would not be possible without that guy in the Phillies shirt... 
There's the furniture we stained ourselves :) 
I did all of the blankets pictured here (and the blue and green one in the bassinet...and there may be a couple in the closet). The blanket on the couch I actually made to take to college with me, it just happened to go with the room. The one on the chair was made before we even knew if we were having a boy or girl. 
Since this is probably the cleanest my son's floor will ever be...I had to document it.
